UX & UI: Mobile Redesign

I collaborated with our workforce management team to redesign their mobile experience. This involved stakeholder & customer interviews, mock ups, prototypes, and usability tests.

UI: Improvements

I regularly engaged with various teams to discover ways to improve upon the UI within our product to provide users with a more casual look & feel within the experience.

Team: Scrum & Management

After hiring 4 additional designers, my role transitioned to being a scrum master and manager. This outlines my work in a manager role, and my approach at mentoring my team.
