In a continuously complex world, I hold the belief that everyone is deserving of enjoyable and delightful experiences in real life and in the digital world. I approach design with a people-first focus that is driven by the desire to help users succeed and inspire confidence in them.
With a background in critical thinking and creativity from my degree in English & Philosophy coupled with over a decade working directly with customers and over 4 years doing design within enterprise-level software, I bring the innate ability to understand the needs of the user and problem solve to discover the best design solutions for users and the business.
Work Experience
My digital design projects were conducted within an ERP software company and involved collaborating with developers, product management and fellow designers along with utilizing the company design system. This work focused on the intersection of UX and UI design.
As a Facilities Coordinator with a regional healthcare company, my work ranged from assisting individual sites with signage and wayfinding needs to participating in a multi-team initiative to improve our wayfinding methods within the entirety of the healthcare system.
