Senior UX Designer
- I spearheaded service design proposals in collaboration with the Product Management, Design System and Development teams, and coordinated design initiatives and improvements for the product based upon business goals. My work involved improving UI patterns to the overall UI library and leading research efforts involving customer interviews, feedback sessions and usability testing. Additionally, I supervised and guided design projects and mentored the designers within my team.
UX Designer
- I was the UX Design consultant for the Technical and Product Management teams, and led design initiatives in collaboration with them through supervision of projects by the design team as well as conducting individual design efforts. I contributed to the improvement of the UI and UX design of several technical processes in partnership with the technical framework team, and worked closely with the talent team to improve the usability of the talent acquisition and career advance experiences.
Associate UX Designer
- I ensured that new HR experiences in the product followed best usability practices and were consistent in their visual design and as well as micro-copy. I conducted a full redesign of the workforce management application in close partnership with Product Management and crafted simplified designs and processes to enhance clarity and efficiency for end users.

UX Research & Design Student
- I conducted extensive research and created design proposals to enhance digital experiences for a variety of non-profit organizations while part of the UX Research & Design cohort at Prime Digital Academy. My capstone project involved creating a social platform to connect women in climbing to foster community and increase engagement.

Bachelor of Arts: Philosophy & English
- My creativity and analytical nature came together in a double-major of Philosophy & English for my BA Degree (alternatively known as getting my degree in Reading & Writing).
